These booking terms explain how quotes, confirmations, pricing, payments and changes are handled for pre-booked airport journeys.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting a form, message or WhatsApp enquiry is a booking request, not an automatic booking confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when availability, price and key details have been agreed and confirmation has been sent in writing.
Guide prices and final pricing
Guide prices shown on the website are starting prices for the routes listed. The final price is confirmed before travel and may vary depending on the exact address, time, route, waiting requirements, luggage or other agreed details.
Return journeys are usually priced as 2× the one-way guide price unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
Airport pick-ups may require payment in advance by bank transfer to secure the booking. Local journeys may be payable in the vehicle by cash or card where offered. Any payment instructions will be confirmed before travel.
Timing, waiting and flight monitoring
Flight monitoring is included for airport pick-ups so timings can be adjusted if flight information changes. Customers should still provide accurate flight and contact details. Extra waiting time, route changes or additional stops may result in an extra charge if agreed.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Refunds or charges, if any, depend on how much notice is given and whether costs have already been committed. Any agreed change or cancellation will be confirmed in writing where possible.
Luggage, child seats and contact
Please tell us in advance about extra luggage, oversized items, group sizes or anything else that could affect vehicle suitability. If you need a child seat or have any accessibility requirements, include that in your booking request so availability can be confirmed.
